Who Is Hakama?
Traditional roots
Hakama Company Limited is a registered Ghanian company since 1997.
Hakama began working towards solving iodine nutritional deficiencies in 1997 with its “Hawa and Amina Iodized Salt”.
Seeing great improvements, Hakama has been in production and is the primary supplier to many second cycle schools in the Ashanti Region.
Seeing a gap in modern lives with working families struggling to maintain traditional healthy meals and maintain nutritional standards, Meera was born.
Starting with Palmnut Soup Base, Meera sought to bring traditional flavours to families, schools and other areas where time was limited.
Expanding with multiple other flavours, the Meera Convenience has been a favorite among families, students and working households. Giving families confidence in the home and kitchen!
